am I still banned

Before when I knew I was banned when I went to call it would say call barred but now my memebership has ran out and when I go to call it says I have no credit so I want to top up but I don't. Know if I'm still barred confused please help thanks

If you are banned and your current membership runs until the 7th November then the membership and ban run until 7th November at 23:59. Only then can you ask 48 to lift the ban.
