Waiting on number to port over to 48

Hi,

 

I registered my sim at around 7am this morning and I'm still waiting for my number to port over. I was wondering could you look into this please?

Hi

Is your old sim still active (call/text)?

Can you check your membership page for notification message's about the port...

It is a two hour process,however somtime's it can take longer.

Lastly, contact 48 support by clicking the link below & follow step's given.

Yes, my old sim is still active at the minute.

 

The My48 page says "We are transfering your number" at the minute.

As it says there if the porting process seems to be taking "too long" then contact 48 support directly by logging a support request.

I had to contact 48 , and they had to get back onto three to release my number , it took 3 days:(
