credit not working

Hi i put in 10e credit and i text guido but its saying i have free texts and landline minutes, but no internet or free minutes help please thank you 🙂

What does your online account say about your membership status and expiry date?

Remember that if you have a current membership in place and it has not yet run its full monthly course then the newly purchased membership will stack to kick in when the current one expires.

That is a common cause of confusion for people who expect a newly purchased membership to start immediately after purhcase regardless of the current membership in place and its expiry date.
