Every time I try and top up it tells me 'can't process request'Help me

How are you trying to top up?
On what device and browser?
Can you try another?
If it still fails then you may need to contact support for assistance.

Hi, for some reason each time i went to top up using my samsung s3 it would fail. But all sorted now as i've topped up on pc without problems

There are problems with making online payments using certain platforms/browsers - see here:
