credit gone???

I wasn't due for my monthly top up until 23/2/15 but topped up yesterday because most of my internet was used & landline calls were gone so topped up as i normaly do with €20 & text DON TO 1745. I got the txt msg back saying "nice one your sorted" but my monthly plan didnt renew??? Can anyone helpme???

Your current membership expires on 23rd Feb (at midnight).

You bought a new membership which has stacked to kick in on the 24th Feb and run until 24th March.

Your online account will clarify these details.

All memberships run for a month.

Buying a new one doesn't prematurely terminate a current one.

If use up membership allowances before the membership month is up then you need to buy an add-on.

If you buy a new membership while a current one has time left to run then the new one will stack to kick in when the current one has run its full monthly course and has expired.
