im looking to get a statement with all my calls that i made and received over the last month and the texts i have sent and received is that in anyway possible ?

You'll need to log a support query and ask 48 if they can provide this info. I think that they have done so for others in the past.

it won't let me submit a query for some reason i tried subitting it several times with no success

Go to the main page menu across the top of the page and click on HELP.

 

Then go to the bottom and click on the Green button marked NEW REQUEST.... you may have to sign in again.

 

Fill in the requesy and MAKE SURE you assign a category.

 

I have never experienced a problem with this process.

I'm thinking it may be a browser problem.... 

 

Try another browser ... Chrome/Safari/Firefox etc ... and make sure your java and flash updates are all up to date.
