Just registered my new SIMM went to install it and it's too big! It needs a micro SIMM! Should I have ordered a nano SIMM from 48? If so can I cut my standard SIMM to size?? Urgently need a phone going away tomorrow:-( ALL HELP MUCH APPRECIATED

I didn't get my security code so I turned off my laptop but now it won't let me register because it says my email address is being used so I tried to log on to my account but it won't accept my password or email address. PLEASE HELP
