Registering a replacement sim
A red bar keeps telling I have a problem and I don't have access to this page every time I try to register a replacement sim.I already logged on and ordered the new sim from my account. Any ideas?

Hi I am getting a message saying calls barred, and cant make calls, but can receive them, whats going on?
I paid my membership about 3 hours ago, but it still says that I have no mobile minutes left. In 'my history' it does not say that I have paid, but in the 'my 48' section it states that my membership is paid until 11/12/2013.
