need help says it takes 2 hours to change over number its now been 2 days.. what do i do next

Hi!
It’s been over 2 hours:
Log into your account - If your transfer has failed you should see a message explaining that.
It’s usually down to the wrong information being entered in the transfer form.
Double check the info and try again.
If it won’t let you try again contact the care crew on:
http://help.48months.ie/requests/new
Include the following:
Mobile number you want to transfer
If that mobile is bill pay or pre-pay If bill pay include the account number
If pre-pay were you registered (Did your network know who you were)
