Hi, I have registered my 48 number, and have only 2 days to move my previous number to the 48 network, but when I click on the "Move my Number" tab the message that comes up is: "Oops! You got an error! Sorry! You don't have access to this page...." ...

Internet not working on Samsung Galaxy J7 Pro lte duos

Can't get the internet to work on my Samsung Galaxy J7 Pro lte duos. Have downloaded and installed the settings three times. Have configgured the APN manually. Both data and roaming are switched on... but no internet. What else can I do?
