Internet not working

On my account I have over 1GB of internet allowance left and any time I try use my 3G it hasn't worked in the last week and it is not because of coverage as it has always worked

Hi, my phone data isn't working, it says I have 3G but it's not working. My membership was only renewed last week and I still have data left! I have tried all the above suggestions

and your configuration settings are definitely correct but data is still not working for you then you need to contact 48 support for more advice/assistance.
