I followed the link to change internet setting for iPhone 4S in cellular settings and my internet is still very slow and sometimes no connection

Porting my number from a regular 48 sum to a micro
Hi there I need ti port my number onto a micro sim I already have a new micro sim can I transfer my number from my regular sum iin to my micro sim???
