I am a new customer, and my sim has just been activated but I cannot buy membership as my account has not been updated. It still says wait for your sim to be activated. My old sim has lost its signal. The text said it will be 30 minutes to update but its been 4 hours

Could be the same sort of problem that several other people have reported over the last few days with the purhcase/payment pages and accounts updating after purchases etc. Best bet is probably to log a support query to get 48 support to look at this for you.
