Roaming

I am in mayo and it says that I am roaming, when I go into network and connect manually to 48 it just tells me that I am already connected and I stay roaming, any ideas?

Replacement SIM

Ordered a replacement SIM last week and still not here. Just wanting to know will it take much longer?

Credit usage, need itemised usage

I put in €20 of credit a week ago and today I noticed that the balance is €17:30I have not purchased any add on's and only sent 2x MMS messages to 2x people. €1.20 worth. There is €1.50 unaccounted for.

I bought the guide membership yesterday and used 3G and when I looked at my account today it had taken money out of my balance??
