Why can't I send a picture email mail

Hi can you tell me the settings for out going mail as I am Nat able to send pictures emails.

Edit: sorry - I may have misread your query and assumed that the problem was with MMS/multimedia/picture messages and not emails. If the problem is with sending pictures through email then you need to look up the configuration options for your email provider and apply these to your email client application running on the phone. Email settings etc. are nothing to do with 48. They depend on your email client and email service provider.
