Vodafone smart prime 6 APN settings

Could you help me on this? I recently got a Vodafone smart prime 6 unlocked. I'm on 48, I'm getting calls and texts no problem but I have no data. The phone seems to think its roaming the whole time. Any ideas? Thank you William.

You need to configure your internet/APN settings.

48 is a virtual network (MVNO: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mobile_virtual_network_operator) operating on the 3 network so some phones will think that they are roaming all the time.

Some phones have an option to disable the roaming 'R' on the signal bars (e.g. Enable national data roaming or something like that) but for those that don't you just have to put up with it.

It does not involve any extra cost or service issues.

Dayler that did the trick good man. I think I'm stuck with the R symbol on my signal but I think I can live with that. Thanks for the follow up just sorted it now.
