Hi,
I'm experiencing an issue where many apps (e.g., Tesco, Lido, Facebook, YouTube) cannot connect to the internet while using my 48 service. However, chat apps like WhatsApp and WeChat work fine. I initially thought it might be a phone settings issue, but after switching to a Vodafone SIM, all the previously affected apps worked normally. Please help me resolve this.
Thanks!

What exactly do you mean by "apps ... cannot connect to the internet while using my 48 service"?
If you mean when simultaneously on a call then that's an issue with 48 because while on a call mobile data falls back to 2G and this is often far too slow for many apps to be usable.
Unfortunately 48 still don't support VoLTE or Vo5G/VoNR which would address this issue.
However, if that's not the issue then...
What happens when some apps can't connect?
Any error messages?
When did mobile data, internet browsing and connected apps work ok for you last?
Are your APN settings configured correctly?
If they are and you still have problems then you'll probably have to contact 48 support for further assistance.

I would say this issue is the same as - https://community.48.ie/t5/Internet/Mobile-data-stopped-working-after-changing-phone/m-p/68357#M8636
Like @dalyer has said, you need to have the correct APN settings.
Android
Text “APN” to 50048 and follow the below instructions -
