Trying to change card payment details and error

in trying to change payment card details however it comes up saying enter your password (which I don't have or never heard off) and also a plain white screen which doesn't go any futher

No internet 😞
Any advise ?

Where are you trying to do this from?

Can you try another browser/device?

Can you try the 48 app?

What do you mean "no internet"?

You'll need an internet connection from whatever device you're using to do this.

If necessary contact 48 support for advice.
