So, you have topped up your balance and you then selected your chosen membership afterward's and still can not use your phone...?
Somtime's it take's new member's a spell to get used to the system of topping up your balance then remembering to further select membership afterward's... forgive my assumption's if incorrect

Could you see the €20 in your balance?
How did you top up (Credit Card/Voucher etc?
Have you had any fair usage warning's previously?
