What did you buy?
Membership plan, add-on, cash credit?
What does your Transactions page say about your purchase?
What do you mean by "not showing"?
Not showing where?
Do you have an active membership plan listed on your My48 account Dashboard?
Does your Buy Plan page list any upcoming membership plans stacked on your account?
What's working/not working?
Connection to 48 network/signal bars, calls, texts, mobile data?
