network problem

Im still have the problem with the networkCan you help

Everything not working

48 stopped working around 6PM the 19th. Later that evening my phone said new sim installed with 4 unrecognised networks, now phone doesn't even have my homepage, seems to have reverted to factory settings. And I still can't make phonecalls. What's go...

When do you think the network will be back running?
