I ordered a new nano sim for my iPhone. I entered the registration code but the 48 website said that it was unable to register it. Please help!

Did you definitely choose the option to register a replacement rather than new SIM?

If so and it didn't work then you may need to contact 48 support for assistance.

Sorry I assumed it was a replacement SIM but if not and it's a brand new first time SIM then you need to choose the option to register a new rather than replacement SIM.
