Hi everyone. We bought my daughter a new phone. Unlocked to all networks. We bought her a 48 sim card but this fault keeps coming up shortly before the phone restarts
It happens multiple times throughout the day.
Sim card changed. Restart phone to start using your new sim card.
Can anyone shed some light on this please? It is a samsung phone s20..?

You'll probably need to check with Samsung support.
Seems to be a common issue for many people with Samsung phones.
E.g.

Hope this helps.

I am not a 48 employee - if you need to contact 48 support you can do so by chat, email (support@48months.zendesk.com) or phone.
