Sending Messages Abroad

Hello 🙂 

My friend is on holidays in Salou, and i have tried texting her and all my messages come back as failed, but i can call them and they can call me!

She is also on 48.

It says on this that it should be free to recieve messages so why arent mine??

Can  they text you?

Did they buy any EU roaming add-ons - for calls and/or texts?

I don't know if they have to buy the text add-on in order to be able to receive texts.

The calls add-on is a lot more cost effective than paying for incoming and outgoing calls from credit.
