Trying to register a replacement sim but won't let me can to anyone help ???

What happens? What messages do you get?

Are you sure that you're registering a replacement SIM on an existing account and not a new SIM on an email address already associated with an existing account?

 

Have you tried logging a support request to ask 48 to assist?
