Re new sim card

HI 

 

My phone was recently robbed and I got my new SIM card this week.  I am temporarily using a BLU mobile and the phone is having difficulty recognising the SIM.  I can make calls and send texts but the internet won't activate.  I had a look at your phone model list but BLU is not listed.  Also I keep getting notifications saying sd card removed insert a new one.

 

Would you be able to help me?

For internet access you need to configure the internet/APN settings.

Some BLU phones are listed in the online configurator:

If your model is not listed or the online configurator doesn't work for you (never worked for me) then you'll have to try an alternative approach.

 

If it's an Android phone then try the Tweakker APN app.

If it's Windows then you'll probably have to configure the settings manually.

 

Sd card notifications have nothing to do with the SIM or 48.

If you don't have an sdcard in the phone it may prompt you to add one.

If you do have one installed and get prompts then it may be damaged, not seated properly, not formatted properly etc.

What is the exact error/notification message that you get?
