Hi 

 

I have been trying to renew my membership for sometime and think it has now run out and I am without a phone. This message keeps coming up whenever I try to buy any add ons... 

 

OOPS!

We are currently experiencing some technical issues and cannot process your request.
Hang tight, our tech guys are working on it and hope to have it resolved shortly.

Also when trying to ask an agent a question I get another error message  

Oops! You got an error!

Sorry! Not possible to log into the support site. Try again later or contact an agent

 Can you please sort this out as I am without a phone now and there does not seem to be any support on your site.

I had a membership. I was charged 7.99 last evening. But since this morning I keep receiving messages from 48 saying that I have no membership. I'm abroad and with no internet. This is the worst experience ever, plus no way to directly contact the support

I was on to someone there about waiting 2 weeks to get my SIM card registered. I hve done all the rest. my no is 0876486860

You haven't made it clear what exactly the problem is that you're facing @LorettaN6516? Perhaps you can clarify if case anybody here on the community forum can help at all?

Bear in mind that 48 support generally don't read or respond to posts here on the community forum and it's not a great idea to post personal details such as your phone number here for anybody to see/use!

Have you tried using a different browser? Or a different debit/credit card?
