Hi 

 

I have been trying to renew my membership for sometime and think it has now run out and I am without a phone. This message keeps coming up whenever I try to buy any add ons... 

 

OOPS!

We are currently experiencing some technical issues and cannot process your request.
Hang tight, our tech guys are working on it and hope to have it resolved shortly.

Also when trying to ask an agent a question I get another error message  

Oops! You got an error!

Sorry! Not possible to log into the support site. Try again later or contact an agent

 Can you please sort this out as I am without a phone now and there does not seem to be any support on your site.

I've been trying to renew my membership for 3 days now. Have tried everything and been fobed off from 48 help desk. It's a complete joke. There is 0 customer support. I've been without a phone for 3 days now. Have no choice but to move networks.

Strange - somebody else here reporting a similar problem:

but then I just bought a membership and it went through OK.

 

It is very disappointing if 48 support is not getting back to you on this... 😞
