The impression I got from past discussions of this (here and on the old forum) is that 48 are not actively seeking such an agreement and there is consequently no likelyhood of BBN etc. working on 48 any time soon if at all. But I guess that somebody from 48 might be able to shed more light on this...

 

In the meantime you probably are aware of this info which might be of relevance?
