My membership is not expires and I can't call or text.

What does your online account say about your membership status, expiry date and calls/text/data/credit balances?

Did calls/texts work before? If so when did they stop working?

Are you sure that you haven't breached the fair usage limits and been barred for the remainder of your current membership month?
