Hi ALL hope you can help ! i ordered a replacement sim for my phone and that was fine i switched numbers and everything went fine. My problem was i put in the wrong pin 3 times and then also put in the wrong puk and the sim has been rejected. I found out that the problem was i used an old sim pack from a previous 48 account i had. I had ordered a new sim pack by accident when i ordered my replacement sim. So i registered this sim and tried to transfer my number onto that one but obviously i cannot receive the code by sms because the sim of that numbers rejected. Could you please help me ? Thanks ronan

If you ordered a new SIM to be used as a replacement then you should not have registered it.

You should have followed the instructions here:

You need a new SIM?

I think you'll have to contact 48 support to get this situation sorted out and get back up and running with your original account, membership, number etc.

I am not a 48 employee - if you need to contact 48 support you can do so by chat, email (support@48months.zendesk.com) or phone.

hey man i contacted the help service first would you know a way to get them to hurry the f**k up. Im goin off my nut here !!!!!!

I don't work for 48.

You never said that you contacted support already.

You'll have to wait for them to get back to you.

Bumping your help ticket will put it to the back of the queue and probably delay getting a response from them.
