This Monday 13th, I received a text from 50848 claiming that my plan had expired and I needed to set it to auto-renew or buy a new plan.
At first I assumed it was a phishing attack since, when I independently checked my plan on 48.ie (not clicking the link included in the text, for safety), I could see that my plan runs until the 19th, and has been auto-renewing on the 20th of each month without an issue for almost a year now.
But since then I cannot use my mobile plan at all - all calls are rejected with an automatic message claiming my plan has expired (even though it HAS NOT) nor get any mobile data at all (I had to set my phone on airplane mode because it was draining the battery fast trying to get through). I updated the APN settings per the FAQ but to no avail.
What is going on ? Why has my plan "expired" before its renewal date, why is everything showing up fine on my48 with auto-renew enabled, but I cannot use the plan I am paying for ?

Sorted out now, I should have double-checked which account I was still logged in.
