Hi the network is down apparently here in the galway area. Were getting no signal unfort, HELP !!

If powering off/on again, toggling airplane mode on/off or manually scanning for and connecting to the 48 network (or O2 if 48 is not listed) does not work then you should log a support query to ask 48 for assistance here:

Hey cheers, Ive tried all of the above but still no joy. Jus gonna havta wait it out. 

 

NB. Every now and again my phone claims my sim is updating ...

In my opinion you should log a support query about both of these issues.
