Problem with calls

Everytime i try to make a call it automatically puts +44 in front of the number and says it's an international call. Anybody else have this issue??

That sounds like a phone configuration issue.

What handset make and model?

Did it come from the UK?

Does it prefix +44 to all numbers or only certain numbers?

Does the phone have any "smart dialing" configuration option that might be controlling this?
