My phone won't allow me to send or receive any picture messages. I-phone 5. Everything else seems to be working fine.

Experiencing the same problem. iPhone 5, all working other than picture messaging and I'm in credit. The link above won't let me access it. Thanks

What happens when you try to send a picture message?
Are you sure that it's trying to send a regular MMS and not an Apple iMessage?
