Phone says I'm roaming

I had an iPhone 4 and had no problems with 48.yesterday I got a Samsung galaxy s3 and I know the network was down but it's back now and it says I'm roaming so I can't use my internet can anyone help me with this

Regarding the "roaming" issue see here:

If data/internet access is not working make sure that you have the option to use data while roaming enabled. If that doesn't fix it then you may need to review/reconfigure your internet settings
