Phone not on list

We are signed up to a plan but recently changed phone to x gody model x 200.: now my phone does not accept the settings 48 cannot send them to us and we cannot connect to the mobile Internet data . our phone is not on the list that you have provided and it says contact you if it is not under list. Please provide as we need to be able to connect.l

Tweakker online has never worked for any phone that i have used either.

If these instructions did not work even after you manually entered the settings then almost certainly you have not configured things correctly as those settings work for all phones.
