I've ported my old number 087******* but the 48 website only enables me to buy membership for 089*******.

You mean the number displayed on your online account is the 089 one?

If you requested a port of your 087 number and it's taking longer than expected then you need to contact 48 support as outlined in this key post:

By the way - you probably shouldn't post personal details such as your phone number(s) on a public forum.
