Out of Minutes?

Whenever I try to make a call (trying to call my bank in this case), I get the notification that I have no minutes left.
This would make sense if I had no minutes left, but I actually have over 900 left.
Does anyone have any idea on how to solve this rather irritating issue?

Do you get through?
What sort of number is it?
What sort of minutes do you have?
Remember that mobile minutes are for Irish mobiles only and landline minutes are for regular Irish landlines only.
Neither cover certain other calls e.g. 1850, 1890 etc.
Those are charged from your cash credit balance.
