Not receiving calls or texts!

I'm not receiving calls or texts from mobiles. All they hear when they try to ring me is a beeping sound!!??

Ive tried ringing my phone from a landline number and that works though!!??

Any ideas on what could be wrong?

How long does it take to get a reply?

The 48 support crew work 7 days a week; from 9am to 9pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 8pm Saturday & Sunday. They'll get back to you within 24 hours. If it is something that has to be looked at by the techie guys, it can take between 3 and 5 working days to get resolved.
