I have signal bars on phone but won't connect to a network and says emergency calls only ?

Did it ever work or are you new to 48?

Is the phone unlocked for use on any network?

When you manually scan for networks can you see and connect to 48?

Did you activate the SIM and buy membership?

Did you enable roaming?

Seems the phone was the problem thanks

The phone is locked to 02 but the changed to three and I have to contact apple for them to unlock it , sent them emails but nothing back from them

If it's locked to 3 then surely you need to contact them to get it unlocked?
