Any chance it's related to the recent/ongoing bad weather?
MIght be worth asking 48 support if they are aware of any problems in your area:

Do you know anybody else on 48/O2/Three in the area and, if so, are they also affected?
Also maybe try switching off, taking the SIM out, gently cleaning the SIM contacts, reinserting it, switching on and trying to manually search for networks and connecting to 48.
Might not make any difference but perhaps worth trying.
