Hi there my status currently says I have not paid membership when I hVe paid over two weeks ago and I have 20 euro credit and over the past two weeks I have been unable to text or call anybody but I can recieve! It's so ridiculous can anybody help me out?

What does the My History section of your online account say? Does it list the purchase of membership c. two weeks ago?

Are you saying that your online account says  that you have no current membership in place?

 

Any chance you topped up your credit balance but forgot to then buy membership?

Perhaps you still need to buy membership online or by text from your cash credit balance?
