Hi all,
I have a 48 SIM that I only want to use for calls and texts (I use a separate SIM for data on another device). Right now it looks like the only option is the €12.99 Unlimited Data / 5,000 mins / 5,000 texts bundle, with no way to drop the data portion.
Does 48 offer any voice-and-text-only tariff, or a cheaper legacy PAYG rate card for this kind of use case? Or is the bundle the only option regardless of whether I use the data?
Thanks in advance for any pointers.

No.
Cheaper legacy plans (that still include data) are only available to customers who took them out when they were originally offered.
See here:
The only plan offered these days is the €12.99 one.
