When was everything working ok for you last?
What exactly do you mean by "it says I have credit"?
Does your My48 account dashboard list an active membership plan?
What does your Transactions page say about your recent payment?
What happens when try to make a call or send a text?
Any error messages?
Can you receive calls and texts and use mobile data?
