Network working fine for me.
But several people have had problems lately with new memberships not taking effect when they should.
Could be the same thing here.
You'll probably need to contact 48 support and ask them to investigate.
That's what others had to do to get things sorted.

What does your My 48 account page say about your membership status, expiry date and allowance balances?
You'll have to check that online because the app has not been working for more than a week now.
Unfortunately there seem to be a lot of problems lately...
