I bought a credit for €10 and it only lasted for a day. Can't make any call or text. Just moved to 48, this is very frustrating. I only moved because of d deals u have.

What does your online account say about your membership type, epxiry date and mobile/landline calls, texts, data and credit balances?
Credit is not sufficient to use 48 services - you need membership. Do you mean that you bought the Guido membership for €10? If so then that comes with 100 mobile minutes and if you use them up you need to buy an add-on for more.

However it comes with unlimited texts (subject to the fair usage limit of 5000) so it's unlikely that you would have run out of them.
Maybe if you can clarify your membership status etc. it would help. In any case you might want to log a support query to get 48 support to look into this for you:

Hope this helps.

If you use up membership allowances before the membership has run its monthly course then you need to buy add-ons.
Buying a new membership will simply stack the new membership to kick in when the current membership has run its full monthly course and expires.
It does not start immediately.
If you check your online account Membership Planner you should see the newly purchased membership stacked to start when your current one expires.
Hope this helps.
