No Top-up on my account

I have topped up my phone with the montly ammount but there is no credit showing on my account and i can't pay my membership which is leaving me without the use of my phone which is very fustrating. I have also tried to contact an Agent but a mandetory field marked with an asteriek is unclickable which means i cannot contact them. This has never happened before and i have been using 48 for a number of months but i would have to consider leaving them if it leaves me incappable of using my phone. I would like to know if anyone else is having this issue and could help. Thank You

I have just logged a ticket with the Agent's to see if it is possible... & it was successful.

If you would - close all previous tabs/browser and re-try the process (if needed).

However, before logging a ticket, & after the suggested browser refresh, can you check your membership page once more to look at your balance?

Can you also check your membership status and expiry of current membership?

I see you were either 48 prior to the outage some weeks back, so just to cover all base's, can you get back to me when you have tried the above?
