Needless texts

Hi,

I have my DON membership untill 23 of March, which includes internet.

Yesterday i got a text from 48 saying your internet adds on will run out soon and today another text saying my internet has run out. 

On my profile on 48 website Ive still 5GB to use ... 

why am I getting unnecessary texts which don't relate to me.

My friend who hasnt paid his membership this month yet also got a text saying his internet has run out ..? how if he didn't have any ...

It's all good as my internet is still working but why you need to stress lil girl here 😜

Seemingly there were a few Technical Glitches yesterday, it's Possible it be related...

You were correct to review your online account & confirm the details there.

Are you sure that you and your friend hadn't previously bought an internet add-on whose monthly period was out of sync with your membership monthly period? I did this once with a landline add-on and forgot about it and when I got the expiry reminder text about it I thought it was a mistake.
