To unsubscribe I have to send a message to one those short text only numbers but messages won't send, I've noticed before when I tried to enter different radio competitions, is there a way to unblock these numbers?

I had that before with an offer that I had signed up to but no longer wanted. Normally you send STOP back to the sending number. But because 48 do not support the sending of texts to premium SMS (PSMS) 5XXXX numbers you will have to contact them some other way asking them to stop - e.g. here:
